Our engineers have designed large electrical system that included complex modifications to existing control panels all done while maintaining operation of water supply. Installation of standby generator 500kVA. Replacement of dosing system, delivery pumping system and remote boreholes. Local control panels, MCCs, burglar alarm systems, radio-link, telemetry outstations, fibre optic connections, UPS.

Lincolnshire

The electrical and ICA scope included up-rated of sewage treatment works. The project entailed the introduction of secondary and tertiary treatment. Including aeration, secondary settlement, digestion and de-watering. Full control of electrical works. Electrical and control system consisted of MCC's, PLC network, package plant panels, SCADA system, flow, pressure, level, temperature, pH, BOD, BBL telemetry, Installation and commissioning.

Detail design of telemetry systems on the replacement of over 1600 outstations throughout the UK on pressure reduction and gas holder sites. Equipment included Logica MM4T outstations, Elcon, MTL & Pepper & Fuchs Barriers, Burndept transmitter and receivers, Routers, Satellite, radio, lease-line and PSTN communications.

East Anglia, Essex, Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Suffolk Surveyed hundreds of remote sewage sites telemetry systems. Testing alarm systems, all the alarms associated with telemetry system. Production of database detailing the alarm test information and ensuring the remedial works was completed and documented.
